We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable dispatcher to act as our company’s first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. In this position, you will be in charge of dispatching parcel to customer on demand.

To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Objectives

To perform door–to-door delivery of parcels and other items through timely pick up of parcels from the receiving branch and safe delivery of the parcels at the recipient address

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and sort couriers to be distributed according to regions and suburb

• Deliver couriers at the correct addresses and to the right recipients

• Return undelivered couriers to the concerned office authorities

• Keep record of daily visit

• Contact customer/ recipient to verify addresses

• Cross sell company products to third party (Recipient)

• Perform routine maintenance on delivery motorcycle, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel

• Assist with general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machine etc.

• Ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction achieved

• Ensure timely, and regular preparation and presentation of accurate reports to the branch supervisor

• Perform other tasks as assigned by branch supervisor
